Pursuant to section 168A (2) of the Land Transport Act
1998 ("the Act"), and pursuant to an authority delegated
to me by the Director of Land Transport ("the director"),
I, John Patrick White, Manager Vehicles, declare power assisted pedal cycles propelled by a motor that has a maximum power output not exceeding 300 W not to be motor vehicles.
