Civil Aviation Rules Part 71—Designation and Classification of Airspace

Pursuant to Civil Aviation Rules Part 71.15 (b), the following amendments are designated with effect from
6 July 2006:
? The Monty visual reporting point is disestablished.
? A new visual reporting point Cornwallis is established.
Pursuant to Civil Aviation Rules Part 71.15 (b), the following amendments are designated with effect from
28 September 2006:
? The Substation, Mandeville and Woodfields visual reporting points are disestablished.
? New visual reporting points Domes, Dovedale,
Kawaha Point, Mokoia Island, Orewa, Ormond, Otaki Beach and Showgrounds are established.
? The Lake Rotoroa VFR transit lane (NZT 259) is renamed to the Hospital VFR transit lane.
Prescribed pursuant to Civil Aviation Rules Part 71 of the Civil Aviation Rules, under a delegated authority issued by the Director of Civil Aviation.
