On 10 March 2006, CallPlus Limited and ihug Limited
both separately applied, under section 20 of the Telecommunications Act 2001 (“the Act”), for the Commerce Commission to determine terms of supply for access to, and interconnection with, Telecom’s fixed PDN (Public Data Network) (“applications”).
Pursuant to section 27 (c) of the Act, the Commerce Commission gives public notice that it has made a determination on both applications.
