On 9 June 2006, the Commerce Commission (“Commission”), pursuant to section 90 (a) of the Telecommunications Act 2001 (“the Act”), prepared a final determination of the matters set out in section 92 of the Act for the TSO instrument for telecommunications relay services for the deaf, hearing impaired and speech impaired, for the period between 15 November 2004 and 30 June 2005.
Pursuant to section 90 (b) of the Act, the Commission gives public notice of its final determination.
