Pursuant to Rule 91.20 of the Maritime Rules, made pursuant to the Maritime Transport Act 1994, I, James Lott, Manager Recreational Boating, hereby grant a permanent uplifting of the speed limit prescribed by Rule 91.6 (a) and (b) on the Ruamahanga River, Wairarapa, from Gladstone Bridge to Te Whiti Bridge and on the Waingawa River from the Ruamahanga River confluence to the road bridge, subject to the following conditions:
1. This uplifting applies only between the hours of sunrise and sunset.
2. This uplifting applies only between 15 May and
30 September each year.
