In accordance with section 34 (1) (a) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, the Minister of Transport hereby gives notice of his intention to make the following ordinary Civil Aviation Rule:
Part 67 Medical Standards and Certification, NPRM Supplement: Omnibus 2 Rule Fix Up Project
(NPRM 06-02, Docket 5/CAR/3).
Amendment: Part 67.61.
Comments on the proposed rule should be submitted to the Docket Clerk by 8 June 2006.
Details of Notices of Proposed Rule Making (NPRM) will be published in a special edition of the CARRIL (the Civil Aviation Rules Register Information Leaflet) dated 12 May 2006.
