Ordinary Rules
In accordance with section 34 (1) (a) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, the Minister of Transport hereby gives notice of his intention to make the following ordinary Civil Aviation Rules:
Parts 1, 91, 119, 121, 125, 133, 135, 145
NPRM Omnibus 2 (NPRM 06-02, Docket 5/CAR/3).
Consequential Amendments:
Nil
Submissions on the proposed rules should be submitted to the Docket Clerk by 24 May 2006.
Submissions should include the Docket number 5/CAR/3.
Details of Notices of Proposed Rule Making (NPRM) will be published on 13 April 2006 in the monthly Civil Aviation Rules Register Information Leaflet (CARRIL).
