On 20 March 2006, the Commerce Commission (“Commission”), pursuant to section 86 (a) of the Telecommunications Act 2001 (“the Act”), prepared a draft determination of the matters set out in section 88 of the Act for the TSO instrument for telecommunications relay services for the hearing impaired, for the period between 15 November 2004 and 30 June 2005.
Pursuant to section 86 (b) of the Act, the Commission gives public notice of its draft determination.

The Commission gives public notice that the closing date for submissions on its draft determination is 19 April 2006.
