Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
The Receiverships Act 1993
On the 13th day of December 2006 at 6.00 p.m., Paul Graham Sargison and Gerald Stanley Rea, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed by S H Lock (NZ) Limited as receivers and managers of the property of Campanella Confectionery Limited under the powers contained in the general security agreement dated the 14th day of April 2005, secured over all present and future property of the company.
