Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on the 8th day of February 2006, Anthony John McCullagh and Stephen Mark Lawrence, insolvency practitioners of Horwath Corporate (Auckland) Limited, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all present and after acquired personal property of PCB One Limited, under the terms of a general security agreement in favour of Sopac Holdings Limited dated the 27th day of October 2005, which was registered on the Personal Property Securities Register on the 1st day of November 2005.
