Notice of Appointment of Receiver in Respect of Mortgaged Property
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
On the 8th day of December 2006, I, Warwick John Ainger, property manager of Christchurch, was appointed receiver in respect of 81-85 Stanmore Road, 275-291 Lincoln Road, 104 Glandovey Road, 81 Riccarton Road and 6 Nelson Street, Christchurch, being Computer Freehold Registers 23B/975, 24A/601, 327/216, 6092, 6093, 375/54, 47D/284 and 47D/285 (all Canterbury Registry) (“the property”) owned by Wilsons Mill Limited.
The appointment was effected pursuant to the powers conferred by a first registered mortgage over the property.
