Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on the 5th day of December 2006, Anthony John McCullagh, chartered accountant, and Stephen Mark Lawrence, insolvency practitioner, both of Auckland, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of Wilsons Mill Limited under the terms of a general security agreement dated the 3rd day of March 2005.
The Property in Receivership is: Intangibles.
