Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on the 1st day of December 2006, Anthony John McCullagh, chartered accountant, and Stephen Mark Lawrence, insolvency practitioner, both of Auckland, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of Robert Brown Developments (Napier) Limited under the terms of the debenture dated the 5th day of October 2001.
