at Level Two, Zephyr House, 82 Willis Street (P.O. Box 11 793), Wellington, do hereby give notice that we were on the 1st day of December 2006, appointed receivers and managers of the above-named company.
The Property in Receivership is: The assets and undertakings of Hirini Transport Company Limited (in receivership) pursuant to a general security agreement in favour
of Nationwide Finance Limited dated the 26th day of March 2003, over all present and after acquired property.
