Notice of Appointment of Joint Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Stephen John Tubbs and Warren Michael Johnstone, chartered accountants of BDO Spicers, Christchurch, were appointed joint receivers and managers of Southern Prestige Imports Limited on the 24th day of November 2006 at 11.30 a.m. under the terms of a general security agreement dated the 1st day of July 2005.
The Property in Receivership is: All the present and after acquired property of Southern Prestige Imports Limited.
