Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
The Receiverships Act 1993
On the 8th day of February 2006 at 11.15 a.m., Paul Graham Sargison and Gerald Stanley Rea, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed by Finance Portfolio Limited
as receivers and managers of the property of Storewatch Response Group Limited, under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 31st day of May 2005, secured over all present and future personal property of the company.
