Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Thomas Lee Rodewald and Kenneth Peter Brown, chartered accountants of Rodewald Hart Brown Limited, Level Two, 127 Durham Street, Tauranga, hereby give notice that on the 15th day of November 2006, they were appointed receivers and managers of the property of TPC Operations Limited under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 28th day of November 2005.
The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s present and after acquired property and all the personal property in which it has rights, whether now or in the future.
