Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on the 13th day of November 2006, Stephen Rex Tietjens, of Auckland, was appointed several receiver and manager of the property of Mirimar Management Limited under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 30th day of August 2005 given by that company.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the company’s undertaking, property and assets.
The Office of the Receiver and Manager is at: Corporate Finance Limited, Level Three, 115 Queen Street, Auckland.
