Notice of Resignation of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 11 (4) of the Receiverships Act 1993
We, Stephen Rex Tietjens and John Joseph Cregten, chartered accountants of Corporate Finance Limited, Auckland, hereby give notice that we ceased to act as receivers and managers of the above-named company on the 26th day of October 2006.
