Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
The Receiverships Act 1993
On the 8th day of November 2006 at 3.30 p.m., Paul Graham Sargison and Gerald Stanley Rea, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed by Contributory Mortgage Nominees Limited as receivers and managers of the property of Volcanic Investments Limited under the powers contained in general security agreements dated the 7th day of September 2004 and the 24th day of December 2004, secured over all present and future property of the company.
