Notice of Appointment of Receiver
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
I, Murray George Allott, chartered accountant of Christchurch, hereby give notice that on the 6th day
of November 2006, I was appointed as receiver of the property of the above named company.
The receiver has been appointed in respect of all the present and after acquired personal property of the company under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated on the 29th day of June 2005.
