Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Thomas Lee Rodewald and Kenneth Peter Brown, chartered accountants of Tauranga, hereby give notice that on the 31st day of October 2006, they were appointed receivers and managers of the property of TPC Group Limited under the powers contained in instruments dated the 7th day of September 2004 and the 14th day of June 2005 respectively.
The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s present and after acquired property and all the personal property in which it has rights, whether now or in the future.
The Office of the Receivers and Managers is: Care of Rodewald Hart Brown Limited, Level Two, 127 Durham Street (P.O. Box 13-380), Tauranga.
