Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Andrew Marchel Oorschot, chartered accountant of Christchurch, hereby gives notice that on the 31st day
of October 2006, he was appointed as receiver and manager of the property of Air Stream Engineering Limited under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated
the 27th day of August 2003, which property consists of all present and after acquired property of the business carried on by the said Air Stream Engineering Limited.
