Notice of Appointment of Joint Receivers
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Stephen John Tubbs and Warren Michael Johnstone, chartered accountants of BDO Spicers, Christchurch, were appointed joint receivers of the Provincial Hotel Christchurch Limited on the 30th day of October 2006 at 12.00 midday, by Furniture Finance Limited under the terms of a general security agreement dated the 23rd day of February 2006.
The Property in Receivership is: All chattels of the Provincial Hotel Christchurch Limited together with the mortgage of lease.
