Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993, that on the 12th day of October 2006, Gareth Russel Hoole and Kevin David Pitfield were appointed joint and several receivers and managers over
all the assets and undertakings Pacific Precast Limited and Pacific Precast (Paeroa) Limited (both in receivership
and in liquidation), pursuant to perfected general security agreements dated the 6th day of December 2004 and the 12th day of May 2006 respectively.
