Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
The Receiverships Act 1993
On the 13th day of October 2006 at 10.00 a.m., Paul Graham Sargison and Gerald Stanley Rea, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed by Pacific Enterprise Holdings Limited as receivers and managers of the property of Black Star Holdings Limited under the powers contained in the general security agreement dated the 5th day of November 2004, secured over all present and future property of the company.
