9th day of October 2006 at 11.30 a.m., appointed John Trevor Whittfield and Peri Micaela Finnigan, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, as receivers and managers of Taranaki Timber & Treatment Limited (in liquidation and in receivership) under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 4th day of July 2005, which property consists of all personal property and all secured moneys provided by the secured party to the debtor now and in the future and includes all obligations of the debtor to the secured party.
