Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
The Receiverships Act 1993
On the 9th day of October 2006 at 11.15 a.m., Paul Graham Sargison and Gerald Stanley Rea, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed by Contributory Mortgage Nominees Limited as receivers and managers of the property of Roseneath Properties Limited under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 4th day of March 2004, secured over all present and future personal property of the company.
