Notice is hereby given that, on the 1st day of October 2006, Roderick Thomas McKenzie, of McKenzie & Partners Limited, Chartered Accountants, Level One, 484 Main Street, Palmerston North, was appointed as receiver of the property of Aotearoa Olives Limited under the powers contained in the general security agreement dated the 20th day of February 2005.
