Richard Dale Agnew and Colin Thomas McCloy, of PricewaterhouseCoopers, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers of U C Management Limited on
the 4th day of October 2006, under the terms of a security agreement dated the 13th day of October 2005 and registered on the Personal Property Security Register on the 28th day of September 2005.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the company's undertaking, property and assets.
The Receivers' Office Address is: PricewaterhouseCoopers, Level Eight, PricewaterhouseCoopers Tower, 188 Quay Street (Private Bag 92-162), Auckland.
