Richard Dale Agnew and Colin Thomas McCloy, of PricewaterhouseCoopers, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers of Ocon Developments Limited on
the 4th day of October 2006, under the terms of a security agreement dated the 14th day of April 2004 and registered
on the Personal Property Security Register on the 5th day of April 2004.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the company's undertaking, property and assets.
The Receivers' Office Address is: PricewaterhouseCoopers, Level Eight, PricewaterhouseCoopers Tower, 188 Quay Street (Private Bag 92-162), Auckland.
