Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on the 22nd day of September 2006, Kerryn Mark Downey, Colin McIntosh Nicol and Peter McKenzie Anderson, of McGrathNicol+Partners, were appointed as receivers and managers of the property of Feltex Carpets Limited (in receivership) under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 9th day of May 2000.
The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital, but excluding its assets located in Australia.
The Offices of the Receivers and Managers are at: McGrath Nicol + Partners (NZ) Limited, Level Two, 18 Viaduct Harbour Avenue, Auckland.
