Notice to the Grantor of the Appointment of Receivers
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (a) of the Receiverships Act 1993
To: Innovation Contract Services Limited (in liquidation), CST Nexia Limited, Chartered Accountants, Level Three, CST Nexia Centre, 22 Amersham Way, Manukau City.
And to: Innovation Contract Services Limited
(in liquidation), care of The Liquidators, McDonald Vague, Level Five, 80 Greys Avenue, Auckland.
We, Richard Dale Agnew and Colin Thomas McCloy, chartered accountants of Auckland, hereby give notice, pursuant to section 8 (1) (a) of the Receiverships Act 1993, that on the 22nd day of September 2006, Scottish Pacific Business Finance Limited, under the terms of a security agreement entered into by Innovation Contract Services Limited registered on the Personal Property Security Register on the 14th day of September 2005, did appoint us jointly and severally as receivers of all the undertakings, property and assets of Innovation Contract Services Limited secured by the security agreement, with each and all of the powers conferred to the receivers under the provisions of
the security agreement and at law.
