Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on the 12th day of September 2006 at 8.10 a.m., Anthony Harris was appointed as
receiver and manager of Cam-Tranz Cambridge Limited
(in receivership) under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 17th day of June 2004.
The Receiver and Manager Has Been Appointed in Respect of: All the company’s present and after acquired property including all personal property.
