Notice of Appointment of Receivers
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Gordon Lewis Hansen and Roger Alan Keys, both of Christchurch, hereby give notice that on the 6th day
of September 2006, they were appointed jointly and severally as receivers of the property of FAB Limited
under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 19th day of November 2003.
The Receivers Have Been Appointed in Respect of: All of the present and after acquired property of FAB Limited.
