(in receivership) on the 4th day of September 2006.
Brief Description of Property or Asset in Receivership: All “charged assets” meaning all of the present and future undertakings, assets, property of any kind whatsoever and wheresoever, including uncalled capital and called but unpaid capital and the goodwill of the business of Freedom Global Limited (in receivership).
