Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on the 1st day of September 2006, Jeffrey Philip Meltzer and Arron Leslie Heath, chartered accountants, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of Perfectus Solutions Limited under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 9th day of June 2005 given by that company.
The Property in Receivership is: All the company’s undertaking, property and assets.
