Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
The Receiverships Act 1993
On the 23rd day of August 2006 at 4.45 p.m., Gerald Stanley Rea and Paul Graham Sargison, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed by Nationwide Finance Limited as receivers and managers of the property of Coolbuilt Limited under the powers contained in the general security agreement dated the 24th day of December 2002, secured over all present and after acquired property of the company.
