Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on the 22nd day of August 2006 at 9.00 a.m., Jeffrey Philip Meltzer and Arron Leslie Heath, chartered accountants, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of Freemont Design & Construction Limited under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 15th day of March 2005 given by that company.
The Property in Receivership is: All the company's undertaking, property and assets.
