Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on the 17th day of August 2006, Arron Leslie Heath and Lloyd James Hayward, chartered accountants, were appointed receivers and managers of the property of Paper Ventures Limited under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 22nd day of December 2005 given by that company.
The Property in Receivership is: All the company’s undertaking, property and assets.
