Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Thomas Lee Rodewald and Kenneth Peter Brown, chartered accountants of Tauranga, were, on the 18th day of August 2006, appointed as joint receivers and managers of the property of Bay Print (2002) Limited (in receivership)
under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 7th day of April 2004, which property consists of all present and after acquired personal property.
