On the 15th day of August 2006, Curtis John Mountfort, chartered accountant of Auckland, was appointed receiver and manager of Fautasi Trade & Investment Limited under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 19th day of October 2005, over all the present and after acquired property of the company.
