On the 14th day of August 2006 at 11.35 a.m., Gerald Stanley Rea and Paul Graham Sargison, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed by John Anthony Wright as receivers and managers of the property of
Hugh Wright Limited, under the powers contained in two debentures dated the 30th day of August 1990 and the 3rd day of April 1998 secured over all present and future property of the company.
