John Howard Ross Fisk and Richard Dale Agnew, of PricewaterhouseCoopers, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers of CPNZ Limited on the 11th day
of August 2006 under the terms of a security agreement dated the 14th day of September 2005.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the company’s undertaking, property and assets.
