Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
On the 4th day of August 2006, we, David Alfred Simpson and Peter Russ Browne, were appointed by Gough Finance Limited, acting under powers conferred by a general security agreement dated the 28th day of April 2005, to act jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all of the property of the above-named company.
The Office of the Receivers and Managers is: 181 Devonport Road (P.O. Box 1009), Tauranga.
