We, Iain Bruce Shephard and Christine Margaret Dunphy, insolvency practitioners of Wellington, whose offices are at Level Two, Zephyr House, 82 Willis Street (P.O. Box 11 793), Wellington, do hereby give notice that we were,
on the 3rd day of August 2006, appointed receivers and managers of the above-named company.
The Property in Receivership is: The assets and undertakings of Stonebread Limited (in receivership), pursuant to a general security agreement dated the 9th day of March 2006, over all present and after acquired property.
