Notice of Appointment of Replacement Receivers
and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on the 31st day of July 2006, Anthony John McCullagh, chartered accountant, and Stephen Mark Lawrence, insolvency practitioner, both of Auckland, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of Lifestylz Group Limited, under the terms of a general security agreement dated the 20th day of May 2004.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the undertaking, assets and property of the company.
