Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
On the 3rd day of August 2006, Duncan Varnham Fea, of Queenstown, and Rowan John Chapman, of Auckland, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of the above-named company.
We were appointed by a general security agreement dated the 14th day of January 2004 to act jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all the assets and undertakings of the above-named company that are subject to the general security agreement.
