Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on the 27th day of July 2006, Anthony John McCullagh and Stephen Mark Lawrence, insolvency practitioners of Horwath Corporate (Auckland) Limited, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all of the undertaking assets and property of Similkimeen Distributors Limited at Auckland under the powers contained in a general security agreement in favour of Easy Factors International Limited.
