Notice of Appointment of Joint Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Stephen John Tubbs and Malcolm Grant Hollis, chartered accountants of BDO Spicers, Christchurch, were appointed joint receivers and managers of the above named entities on the 21st day of December 2005, under the terms of various debentures and general security agreements giving
the secured party a security interest over all the property charged by the said debentures or general security agreements.
